Your Own Fruit and Yogurt Ice Bar
Imagine making your own ice chocolate, but instead of chocolate, you're using yogurt! And on top, you add fruit. Real, fresh fruit. Fresh strawberries, sweet raspberries, delicious blueberries, whatever you like. In the end, you’ll have a crunchy bar that looks like a little piece of art. And it tastes like homemade ice cream. Just much healthier and perfect for warm days or a creative break. You need a bit of patience. Because your yogurt bar has to go in the freezer. It takes time. And when you take it out later – crunch, nibble – you’ll have something really tasty. Homemade.
What you'll need
- Greek yogurt
- Honey
- Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
- Tray
- Spoon
- Baking paper
- Cutting board and knife
How it works
-
Take Greek yogurt out of the fridge. If you like it a bit sweeter, you can stir in a teaspoon of honey. Place a piece of baking paper on a tray. Use a spoon to spread the yogurt like a bar on the paper.
-
Wash the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries thoroughly under cold water. Cut the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries into pieces. Distribute the fruit over your yogurt layer. You can sort by color, create patterns, or just sprinkle them on wildly.
-
Now into the freezer – for at least 2–3 hours. It’s best to set a timer. When your bar is hard, take it out.
-
Break it into pieces with your hands. Crunch! Munch! Now you can snack. If you like, try other varieties: kiwi, mango, nuts, coconut flakes. Anything you enjoy. Your bar is your creation. Enjoy your yogurt bar.
