Some days, you feel like a superhero. Other days, everything seems off. Your pants are tight, your sibling is annoying, and math at school was just boring. On days like these, magic phrases can help. Not real spells, but affirmations. These are sentences that remind you of something important. You are valuable. You can do things. You are allowed to be yourself. This helps. Not immediately, but over time. Because words have power, especially when you say them to yourself. And since everyone needs something different, here’s a printable template. With phrases about courage, self-confidence, feelings, friendship, and more. Affirmations aren’t a solution for everything, but they are a start. For a kinder interaction – with yourself.

How it works

  1. Print out the template and take a moment. Look at the affirmations. Choose your favorite phrases. Not every phrase fits all the time, and that’s okay. Go through the phrases. Read them out loud. Which ones feel right? Which ones do you want to hear more often?

  2. Cut out the phrases. Hang the cards in a place you see every day. For example, on the bathroom mirror or on your wardrobe.

  3. Say the phrases to yourself regularly. Loud or quiet, in the morning, evening, or when you need courage. The important thing is to repeat them.

  4. Change the phrases when things change. Sometimes you need new words. Then exchange, add, or create new magic phrases. Your feelings and thoughts grow, and so do the phrases with you.

  5. Have the courage to say your phrases out loud, even if it feels strange at first. The more you do it, the stronger they will become within you. Your voice matters. Your thoughts are important. And you are just right, just as you are.
