What you'll need

Sheet of paper
water-soluble felt-tip pens
aluminum foil
Optional: printer
black waterproof pen
Optional: spray bottle with water

How it works

Think of positive phrases that make you happy, like "I am brave" or "I can make mistakes." Write or print these phrases on a white sheet of paper.
You need felt-tip pens, aluminum foil, water, and a white sheet of paper. Take the felt-tip pens and draw a colorful picture on the aluminum foil.
Spray a little water on your picture on the foil.
Carefully place your white paper on the wet picture. Gently lift the paper again and... Ta-da! Your artwork has transferred onto the paper.
Let your picture dry a bit. Now you can hang your artwork in your room and always remember how great you are! Have fun painting and discovering how unique each of you is!
