Create a 3D apple out of paper! This isn't just a flat apple; it's one you can look at from all sides and even turn around. It's not only a lot of fun, but it also looks super cool. Plus, you'll learn how to turn flat templates into a three-dimensional object through folding and gluing. With a bit of creativity and the right templates, it's really easy! How it works

First, print out the apple template. Take a good look at the shape. This will be the foundation for your 3D apple! Once you have the printout, grab a pair of scissors and carefully cut out the apple template. Make sure to cut cleanly along the lines.
Now take the cut-out template and place it on the red paper. Using a pencil, trace the outline of the template. But be careful: you need a total of five apple pieces! So you'll need to transfer the template onto the red paper five times.
Now comes the exciting part. Cut out all five drawn apples. Take your scissors and carefully cut along the lines. Sometimes it can be a bit tricky around the curves. Don't worry. With patience and a steady hand, you'll manage just fine.
Fold all five cut-out apple pieces in the middle so they look like little apple halves. Place the apple pieces in front of you and fold them neatly in the middle.
Now it's time to assemble the apple. Apply glue to one of the folded sides of an apple piece and stick it to the folded side of another apple piece. Work your way through piece by piece until all five halves are connected.
Soon you'll see how the flat apple pieces turn into a round, three-dimensional apple! The more pieces you put together, the rounder the apple becomes. It's almost like magic! Your apple already looks great, but something is still missing!
The leaf! Now grab the green paper and draw a small apple leaf on it. Then cut it out and glue it on top of your apple. Wow! Now you've crafted your very own 3D apple, and it looks really awesome! Maybe you'll make even more apples?
