Painting Chestnut Hedgehogs

What you'll need

• chestnuts
• black and white acrylic markers

How it works

   Before you start, make sure your chestnuts are clean and dry. Wipe them with a cloth if necessary.

   Take your chestnuts and choose the side where the hedgehog's face will be. With the black marker, draw two small lines for the eyes, a larger dot for the nose, and several lines for the arms and legs.

   Now comes the exciting part! You can paint lines on your hedgehog's back to represent its spikes. Let your imagination run wild!

   Now you have your very own little chestnut hedgehog! Show it to your friends or use it as decoration. And the great thing is: every walk you take, you can look for more chestnuts and create a whole hedgehog family! Have fun crafting!
