Crafting a Hazel Mouse
Hello little artists! In autumn, there are not only colorful leaves and chestnuts, but also sparkling hazelnuts! How about turning a hazelnut into a cute hazel mouse? Here comes the guide for your magical crafting adventure.
What you'll need
- hazelnut
- black marker
- bark
- moss
- paper or felt for the ears
- thread or pipe cleaner
How it works
-
First, make sure your hazelnut is clean and dry. Wipe it gently if needed. With a black marker, draw two tiny eyes and a nose on the hazelnut.
-
Cut out two small round ears from the felt and glue them to the bottom of the hazelnut. Take a thread or pipe cleaner and attach it as a tail to the bottom of the hazelnut.
-
Place the bark as a 'base' for your hazel mouse and glue your mouse on top. You can arrange the moss around the mouse to give it a cozy home.
-
Voilà! You've created a charming little hazel mouse! Display it as decoration or show it to your friends and family. Maybe you want to craft a whole hazel mouse family? Let your creativity flow and have fun crafting!
