What you'll need

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Chocolate bar
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spoon
  • Colorful sprinkles
  • Plate
  • Baking paper

How it works

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it on low to medium power for 30 seconds.

  2. Take the bowl out, stir well, and repeat heating in short intervals (20 seconds each) until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to heat it too long to avoid burning the chocolate.

  3. Now comes the best part! Take a raspberry, hold it by the bottom, and carefully dip it into the melted chocolate. Then place it on a piece of baking paper on the baking tray or plate.

  4. Now it gets colorful! While the chocolate is still soft, spread a layer of sprinkles on a plate. Carefully place the chocolate raspberries on top so they are surrounded by sprinkles. If you like, you can also roll the raspberries in coconut flakes.

  5. Now you just need a little patience. Put the tray or plate with the chocolate raspberries in the fridge and let the chocolate set. This takes about 30-40 minutes. In the meantime, you can clean up the kitchen.

  6. Once the chocolate is firm, your chocolate raspberries are ready! Tip: If you don't want to wait, you can also place the chocolate raspberries in the freezer for a few minutes. Then it goes faster.

  7. Share your homemade chocolate raspberries with your family or friends. It tastes even better together, and you can tell them how much fun you had making them.
