What you'll need
- Hopping sacks
How it works
-
Each player lines up at the starting line and steps into their sack. Feet should be at the bottom of the sack, and hands hold the top of the sack tightly.
-
On your marks, get set, go! Another player or a spectator gives the starting signal, and all players begin to hop at the same time.
-
Players hop as fast as they can to the finish line. The first to reach the goal without falling out of the sack wins!
-
After a race is finished, you can line up for another round or try other fun variations, like a relay race. So grab a sack and get ready to hop to the finish! Have fun with the sack race!
