Make a 3D Paper Christmas Star

Here you can create a Christmas star out of paper. It doesn't look flat, but three-dimensional. You will use five square pieces of paper. From each, you will make a part. When you glue the five parts together later, you'll have a real star that you can hang up. The star fits well into the Christmas season because it brings light and color into your room or classroom. The special thing about this idea is that you can create something cool with simple materials. You don't need much, but you will still learn a lot. Fold precisely, work calmly, glue neatly. You'll see that you can build something that looks like it was bought in a store. And that's what makes it fun. What you'll need

5 equally sized square sheets
Glue stick

How it works

Take a square. Fold one corner to the opposite corner to form a triangle. Press the edge firmly. Unfold it. Now fold two corners to the crease line to create a diamond shape.
You now have the diamond shape in front of you. Fold the top corner down.
Now take the right corner and fold it exactly to the center line. Then do the same with the left corner, folding to the center line. This will create the diamond shape again.
Unfold the corners again. Apply glue to them and stick them down this time. Now one module is ready. Make a total of five identical modules.
Now glue all five pieces together. But important! Do not glue at the tip! Connect them at the short sides, and you'll create a real star. A 3D Christmas star.
