Flour Craft Glue
You can easily and environmentally friendly make your own craft glue! With just flour and water, you can create a glue that's perfect for paper projects and light crafts. This homemade glue is not only cost-effective but also non-toxic and kid-friendly.
What you'll need
- Water
- 1 cup of flour
- Whisk
- Jar with lid
- Container
- Optional: Sieve
- Optional: Pot
How it works

Sift one cup of flour to avoid lumps. This will ensure a smoother consistency of the glue.

In a container, mix the flour with one third of water. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.

If you want a thicker glue, cook the mixture over medium heat in a pot. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens. Be careful not to let it burn. Without cooking, the glue will remain thinner and less sticky, but still usable for light crafts.

Pour the cooled glue into a jar or container. Seal it well.
