Banana Dolphin with Grape
Can a banana become a dolphin? Yes! With a little trick, you can turn a simple banana into a fun animal. You will carefully cut, observe closely, and build your own banana dolphin step by step. In the end, the dolphin holds a grape in its mouth, almost as if it's playing in the sea. While crafting with food, you train your fine motor skills and learn to work carefully. You think about how the dolphin stands and how the grape stays in place. Maybe you'll even create an entire underwater world with more fruits. New ideas will emerge, and you'll realize: with imagination, something ordinary can become something truly special. The banana dolphin is a great surprise for breakfast, a party, or a fruit platter.
What you'll need
- 1 banana
- 1 grape
- A cutting board
- A small knife
How it works
-
Place the banana on a cutting board. Carefully cut it in half. You need the part with the stem for the dolphin.
-
Gently cut the stem of the banana lengthwise about 3–5 cm. Now it looks like an open dolphin mouth. Place the banana half with the cut side down on the plate. Insert a grape between the two halves of the cut stem.
-
Now it looks like the dolphin is playing with a ball. Use more fruits to create the sea. What other animals live underwater? Let your imagination run wild!
